The End of Conflict in the Middle East
Documentation of a live event

The photographs document a live participatory artwork commissioned by the Victoria & Albert Museum in London. I invited members of the audience to join me in the museum’s library in order to give physical presence to the notion of ending conflict in the Middle East by manually hole punching every single page, cover-to-cover of the book ‘Conflict in the Middle East’

Commissioned by the V&A as part of the National Art Library’s new initiative to archive contemporary & modern Arab, Turkish & Iranian art and design in 2012.
